drawal, nae or application of cash or the relesae of property nnder
any of the pmvisiona of bhe Indentnre, or naed to satisfy any other
einking fnnd reqnirement +or the reqnirementa of Section 40 of the
Original Indentare or of this Seotion.
Sso~riox 4. Series S bonds redeeraed pnrsnant to Section 62 of the
Original Indenture with moneya paid to or deposited with the Trastee
pnranant to Seotion 60 thereof shsll be redeemed at ~LLeir principal
amonnt plne intereat aocraed to the date of redemption, plns the then
applicabTe preminm specified in Section 2 hereof ; bonc3s ~ Snch seriea
redeemed pnrauant to $ection 62 or 63 of tlie Original Indentnre with
~ moneys psid to or depoaited with the Trnatee pnrsnant to said Section
~ 63 ehall be redeemed at their principal amonnt plna interest aocraed ~
~ to the date of redemption, plus ane-balf of the then applicable
~ premimn epecified in 8ection 2 hereof ; and bonds of ench seriea re-

of the Original Indentnre shall be redeemed at their principal amonnt
plns intereat accrned to the ~ate of redemption, withont preminm.
S$ariox 5. Anything contained in Article I% of tLe Indentnre to
the oontrary notwithstanding, if leaa than all of the ontstanding
Seriea H bonc]s are to be called for redemption, the Seriea g bonda
to be redeemed shall be designated bs tbe Trnatee (within ten (10)
- days after receipt from the Company of notice of its intention to re-
~ deem $eries g bonds) in tbe following manner: (i) if at the time there
~ shall be outatanding any conpon Series K bonds not registered as to
