ARTICI,$S OF AGREEMENT, mac~e this 6th day of February,
1967, between CHARLSS C. ORT anc3 IRENS D. ORT, his wife, parties
of the first part, and CHARLSS E. DECK and POLLY DSCK, his wife,
R~ute 3, Box 424, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the second par ,
WITNESSSTH, that if the said parties of the second part
shall first make the payments and perform the covenants herein-
after mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said
p3rties of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and
assure to the said parties of the secorr3 part, in fee simple,
clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient
deed, the lot, piece, or parcel of ground situated in the County
of St. Lucie, State of_ Florida, known and described as follows,
to-wit: ~
~ All that part of the following descXibed land
lying South and Bast of State Road No. 8, also
known as Okeechobee Road, Nozth Half (N 1/2)
of Lot 30 of Subdivision of Section 29, Tawn-

~ plat recorded in Plat Book 3, page 23, of the ;
