reference is hereby made to said note and supplemental agree-
ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same
are hereby incorporate3 herein as fl~lly as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•02, Florida
Statutes, in Otficial Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gotanty, Florida.

In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural, ~
and the masculine sh$11 include the feminine and neuter. All ~
rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and ~
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of tr,e i~ortgagor and Mortgagee. ~
