of St. Lucie County, Florida was prepared by him; that he :

said deed, ~anit Wiley, was a single adult on January 20,
1967, the date said deed was executed by him. That the
said Emnit Wiley, at the time he executed said deed on
January 20, 196~, did acknowledge that he was then and there ~
