$300.00 at colsing, (of which a deposit of $100.00 is a part). ~
Monthly payments of $100.00 shall be made for a period of 12 ~
months, beginning March 5, 1967 and the said payments shall apply
to interest, taxes, insurance and then princigal. On or before
October 5, 1967 an additional sum of $100.00 shall be Faid by the
~ purchaser which shall be applied to~e principal balance due. On `
~ or before March 5, 1968,~an additional sum of $180.00 shall be '
i paid by the purchaser applying to the principal balance due. On '
~ March 5, 1968 these payments shall be reduced to $75.00, applying ~
~ first to interest, then principal, plus t~es and insurance. The =
