NOTICE OF RE-COMMENCEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The undersigned hereby gives notice as follows:-
1. Improvements consisting of swimming pool with patio and
screened enclosure will be made to the follawing-described real property
in St. Lucie County~ Florida~:
- Lot 18, Block 10, Replat of a portion of South Port St.
• Lucie, Unit 2, as shown in Plat Bc~k 12, Page 3, Official
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, also known as 3108
Overbrook Drive, South Port St. T~ucie, Florida;
2. The name and address of the owner of said property is
Lillian E. Murray, 3108 Overbrook Drive, St.~I;ucie Country Club, P. O.
Box 895, Fort Pierce, Florida 33r4~-~; .
3. Said owner~s interest in the site of the improvement is
fee simple titleholder;
4. The name and address of the fee simple titleholder of said
property is as stated above; ~
S. The names and addresses of the contractors are Aqua Pools,
Inc., 1924 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, and Climatrol
Florida Corporation, 529 S. Industry Road, Cocoa, Florida;
6. The name and address of the surety on the payment bond is
(none) and the amount of said bond is (none);
7. Thomas H. Thurlow, whose address is P. O. Box 775, 203
First National Bank Bldg., Stuart, Florida, is hereby designated as the
person upon whom notices or other documents under the Florida Mechanics'
~ Lien Law shall be served, and service upon him.shall constitute service ~
upon said owner. ~
