business in Fort.Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideration
of the swn of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consi~eration
to me paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
assign, transfer and convey unto J. A. Berkau, a certain ,j~xdgment
recovered by Standard Oil Compa.ny of Kentucky in the Small Claims
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, against Adriari E. Clark
on the 12th day of Deceznber, 1966, for One Hundred Seventy-Seven ~
Dollars and Fifty-Three Cents ($177.53) principal together with ,
Twenty-One Dollars and Sixty Cents ($21.60) interest for a swn ~

of One Hundred Ninty-Nine Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($199.13),
and Eleven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($11.50) costs, said judgment
being recorded in Official Record Book 163, Page 568, of the `
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said judgment having
been assigned by Standard Oil Company of Kentucky to Credit Reports
and Collections, Inc. of Fort Pierce, Florida, on January 9, 1967,
said assigrunent being recorded in Official Record Book 164, Page
365, of the Public Records of St. Luc~.e County, Florida; and~:
Credit Reports and Collections, Inc., hereby autborizes and em=
powers the said J. A. Berkatz;
the assignee, to sue on, collect
Y~ and recover the full amount of said judgment, and take such action ~
