RANDLE, an Incompetent; A, C. GORDY, as Guardian of the Estate of Harold
Sydney Williams and Margaret Gordy Williams; HAROLD SYDNEY WILLIAMS
and ADA COATS WILLLAMS, his wife; and MARGARET WILLIAMS RAINWATER,
formerly Margaret Gordy Williams, and R~ L~ RAINWATER, her husband,
hereinafter called the grantors, to DI GIORGIO CORPORATION, a Delavsrare
corporation, whose post offic~ address is Post Office Box 1358, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for an in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

Williams filed May 31, 1924 in Deed Book 56, page 304, St. Lucie
County Records, together with riparian rights.
