consideration of the sum of TSN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other
valuable considerationst received from or on behalf of LAURA
B,ANCOCK, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell. assign, transfer
