~ To~ether with all buildings, improvements, Fiatures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected therson or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equip~ent, fixtures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, gQe, air conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or herea ~ter therein or thereon, the furnishing of xhich
~ by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
~ scr~ens, window shades, storm doors and ~indows, floor cover-
ings, screen doors, in-a-do~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heeters (ell of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
atiached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments and the rents, issue s and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred end set over unto the
Mort~agee, whether now due or hereafter to become due aa pro- -
. vided in the Supplemental A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
' gagee`is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgageees,
- lienhol3ers and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
