verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida •
~ Statutes, in Offic~.al Record Baok 138, pages 115-118, of~the
public records of St. Lucie Co~anty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and th~ masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
ri~rts and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of t~e i~ortgagor and Mortgagee.
