1967, between WYNN$ CASTEEL and MONA C. CASTEEL, his wite, of
3032 Granada Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as Grantors., and
WILLIAM W. ADAMS and ANN$ ADAMS, his wife, an undivided 19.1596;
CLIFF W. PEBdtY and RUTH PEERY, his wife, an undivided 19.1596;
ANDRSW ELLISON and AMELIA.S. BLLISON, his wife, an undivided 19.1596;
and A. PAU~, YOUNG and BILLIB YOUNG, his wife, an undivided 42.5596,
whose mailing addresses are: c/o Crary, Crary & Crary, 201 First
NationaL Bank Building, Stuart, Florida, hereinafter known as
the Grantees; '
WITNESSE'TH: That the said Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable con-
siderations to them in hand paid by the said Grantees, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of ~hese presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknawledqed, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these ;
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re'lease, convey ~
