THIS INDEN~IRE, Made the ~day of ~ ,
1967, between A. PAUL YOUNG and BILLIE YOUNG, his wife, o
Boynton Beach, Florida; WILLIAM W~ ADAMS and ANNE ADAMS, his
wife, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; CLIFF W. PEERY and RUTH PEERY,
his wife, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and ANDR$W SLLISON and
AMSLIA S. ELLISON, his wife, presently sojourning in Madrid,
Spain, as Grantors, and WYNNB CASTEEL and MONA C. CASTEBL, his
wife, whose mailing address is 3032 Granada Street, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, hereinafter known as the Grantees;
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and oth er valuable con-
siderations, to them in hand paid by the said Grantees-, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever,
all the following-piece, parcel, or tract of land, situate, lying
and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The South 100 feet (as measured by a line
perpendicular to the South line of the property)
of Government Lot 1 of Section 12, Township 37
South, Range 41 East, and the South 100 feet of ~
Government Lot 5 of Section 11, Township 37 i
South, Range 41 East, and the Westerly extension ~
thereof to the waters of the Indian River, being
a strip of land 100 feet in width running from
; the Atlantic Ocean to the waters of the Indian

~ River; together with all riparian and littoral
~ rights thereunto appertaining.

~ TOGETHER With all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, '
rents, issues arul profits thereof, and also all the estate, right,
title, interest, dower and right of dawer, separate estate,
~ property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in ;
law as in equity, of the said Grantors, of, in and to the same, ;
~ and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances. .

~ ~TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said
~ Grantees, their heirs and assigns, to their own proper use, i
