secures payment of the orig~nal promissory note and also the said note dated

NOW THEREFORE, party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerarions to it paid by party of
the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in order
to induce said party of the second part to close the loan under said note

dated January 20, 1967, has and hereby does in all respects, subordinate the ~

~ lien of its mortgage, dated December 2, 1962, to the iien of said mortgage

to said party of the second part, and insofar as the same secures both the ;
original obligation secured thereby, and said Open-End Advance Note dated
January 20, 1967, and does hereby agree and conse~t that its mortgage
recorded in Official Record Book 60,Page181, ~~hlic Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, is and shall be and remain inferior and subordinate to said
mortgage to said party of the second part as to all loans and funds secured
thereby, and that said mortgage to said party of the seoond part, insofar as
the same secures both the ariginal obligation secured thereby, and said
Open-End Advance Note dated January Z0, 1967, is and shall be and remain
