ment dated, executed ar.d delivered concurrently herewith and
reference is herery made to said note and supplemental egree-
• ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same

nerbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, ~'lorida
Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie (.o~anty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and nsuter. All
ri~hts and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respectiive heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and ass~gns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
