KNOW ALL MEN BY THESFs PRESEaIT3:
That the Florida Bank at Fort Pierce, does hereby consent
and ~oin in the dedication of the Plat to be known as Port St.
Lucie Section 31, it being the owner and holder of a mortgage
from GENERAL DENE'GOPMIIdT CORPORATION given to TEAD H. CARLTON
and JUNE PINSON CARLTON, his wif e, executed the 3rd day of ~
August, 1959 and recorded in Mortgage Book 158, at Page 326, et.
seq. , in the office of the Clerk oY the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida.

By the execution of the Joinder Agreement all other ter•ms
and cond3tions of the sf orecited mertgage shall remain the same;
however, the said mortgege shall be and by these presents is here-
by subordinate and sub~ect to only the avenues, boulevards, roads,
streets, drives, lanes, terraces and drainage rights-of-Way shown
on the pl~t or plats.
