HomeMy WebLinkAbout2653 ~ - - os~ y . . ~ ~ ~~i ~ -~s3~3s ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES AND SUBORDINATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FIR5T FEDERAL SAVINGS ~ AND LOAN AS90CLATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation, party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considera- tions, received from or on behalf of JAMES M, CANNON, party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt , i whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, ~ transfer and set over unto the said Jaznes M. Cannon two (2) certain mort- gages described as follows: Mortgage dated June 7, 1962, made by James M~ Cannon in favor of party of the first part, and specifically assumed by John B. Aughes and Mary J. Hughes, his wife, parties of the ~ third part, recorded in Official Record Book 38, page 363, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing one ' note therein described in the amount of $1, 800. 00; and Mortgage dated June 21, 1962, made by Jaznes M. Cannon - and specifically assumed by the said parties of the third part in favor of party of the first pa~t, recorded in Official ; Record Book 39., page 351, public records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, securing one note therein described in ~ the amount of $1, 000. 00; ~ said mortgages encumbering real property situate in said County and State ! : described as follows: ~ i The S2 of the S2 of the S2 of the following described tract of land, to- w it: The South 20 acres of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, said lots being in Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40 East. Said description corrtains 106 acres, more or less, ac- cording to United States Survey. The dividing line of the 106 acre tract to be run straight from Indian River to Savannah and thence across Savannah to West line of said Lot 3, so as to make equal river front, equal land and equal Savannah on each half. This conveyance covers 13; acres more or less, situated in Lot 3, Section 1, Township 36 South, Range 40 East. ~ ~ ~ EXCEPTING, THER~FROM, the South 100 feet of the above . described lot as the same was conveyed to Anthony R.
