ship 36 South, Range 40 East, contairung 106 acres,
more or less. EXCEPTING therefrom rights of way
of railroads and public roads. rr
AND AI.SO EXCEPTING THEREFRAM, the right of way of the
Florida East Coast Railway Company heretofore deeded to said
Company, and ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM, any rights of
way for public roads.
Together with the notes described in said mortgages, having a remaining
balance of principal due in the amounts of $ 755. 35 and $ 285.40 ,
