Agreement as follows:
(1) That the lien and operation of the mortgages dated June
1962 and June 21, 1962 and recorded in Official Record Book 38, page
363 and Official Record Book 39, page 351, are hereby subordinated to
the Iien and operation of the mortgage dated February 15, 1965, re-
corded in Official Record Book 111, page 89 assigned by this instrurnent

to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in the same ~
manner and effect as if said last mentioned mortgage had been dated and ;
filed for public record prior to and in advance of the two mortgages here-
by subordinated.
(2) That parties of the third part are personally liable and
responsible for the payment of the indebtednesses evidenced by the two
promissory notes secured by the mortgages by this insttumerrt assigned
to James M. Cannon in the same manner and effect as if they had signed
said promissory notes as makers thereof.
( 3) That the balance owing on the mortgage debt by this Agreement
assigned to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in
the principal sum of $9, 364. 25 with interest thereon from January 15, 196?
at six (6) per cent per annum shall hereafter be payable in suecessive
monthly installrnents as follows: $?2. 00 on the J o-r~day of MRR~~+ ,
196? and a li.ke sum on the corresponding day of each succeeding month
thereafter until the whole sum named, with interest, be fully paid. Each
installment first shall be applied in payment of the irrterest and then on the
unpaid balance of the principal sum. Except as herein modified, all other

terms and conditions of the mortgage deed and the promissory note secured ;

thereby shall continue in full force and effect. - ;
