KNOW ALL MEN BY THESF PRESFNTS; That I, WILLIAM H. -
ARNOLD, a legal resident af Dallas County, Texas, and formerly a
legal resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, United States of America,
have revoked, and by these presents do revoke, recall and make void,
a certain power of attorney, bearing date the day of August, 1966, ~
executed by me and appointing Jan M. Arnold my attorney, giving and
granting unto my said attorney the full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act, deed, matter, and thing whatsoever in and '
about my estate, property, and affairs as fully and as effectively to all
