KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas the
undersigned trustee is owner of all the progerty herein describsd,
located in St. Lucie County and more particularly described as
follows:
BEL-AIRE ESTATES, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book

Florida, and located in the SWw of the SW4 of Section 12,

THEREFORE, the owner, trustee of all the real property

covenants covering all of the lots constituting said subdivision.
