No more than one mobile home shall be located on any lot of record in this mobile home subdivision. 1~. The minimum setbacks for mobile home location shall be ~ as follows: Front yard, 25 ft; sidz yard, 10 ft.; rear yard, 15 ft. On corner lots the side yard shall be not ~ less than 20 ft . on the street side . i ; 5. Each mobile home shall have a base or skirting to i sufficiently enclose the entire perimeter of the mobile ~ home and the base or skirting shall be in keeping with the design of the mobile home; suitable anchorage or tie-downs shall be provided for each mobile home or component. ' 6. Driveway culverts to be ins~alled shall be approved . by County Engineer. . 7. No mobile home shall have smaller dimensions than ; 36 ft. x 10 ft. it being ths intention and p~rpose of the covenants to assure that all dwellings shall be of suffi- cient size to complement the overall intent and purposes ~ of BEL-AIRE ESTATES. r ' No accessory, utility, "outbuilding" structures of a temporary character shall be erected upon any of the lots contained in BEL-AIR~ ESTATES; all accessory, utility, outbuilding structures sha.ll be of a permanent nature and shall be attached and made contiguous to the primary mobile home located on each lot; no appliances, refri- gerators, stoves or~washers shall be exposed ~o the public view on any lot. 9. No noxious or offensive activities shall be carried t on upon any lat, nor shall anything be done thereon__ which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
