10. No fence or wall shall be e.rected, placed or altered
on any lot nearer to any street than the minimum building
setback line.
11. Any and all rights and reservations of BEL-AIRE
ESTATES herein included may be transferred or assigned
by said BEL-AIRE ESTATES to a property owner's association
or some corporate or non-corporate organization whose .
purpose is to provide for the welfare of BEL-AIftE ESTATES. ~
All purchasers of mobile home property are to be auto-
maticaliy entitled to membership and voting rights in an

association of mobile home property owners to be formed ~
far the purpose of enforcing the covenants and maintaining ~

the high standards of BEL-AIRE ESTATES. All mobile home
property owners shall be entitled to eq~aal rights to the
use of streets, the park areas, lake, and any other use
of property which shall be set apart by BEL-AIRE ESTATES
and maintained by the mobile home property owners' ~
association when formed or a corporate or non-corporate ~
organization.
12. Parking of travel trailers on an owr~er's Iot shall
meet the requirements of St. Lucie Zoning Regulations.
13. These restr~.ctions or any part thereof may be
released by an instrument executed by at least 2/3 of the
property owners in said subdivision duly acknowledged
and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County,
' Florida, provided that these restrictions and covenants
shall not be released, amended in whole or in part for
five years from date of filing of covenants contai~ed
herein; these covenants are to run with the land and
shall be bindi:ng on all parties and all persons claiming ~
thereunder for a period of five years from date these ;
covenhnts are recorded after which time said covenants
shall be automa;~ftcally extended for successive periods of
