Parking of travel trailers on an owr~er's Iot shall meet the requirements of St. Lucie Zoning Regulations. 13. These restr~.ctions or any part thereof may be released by an instrument executed by at least 2/3 of the property owners in said subdivision duly acknowledged and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, ' Florida, provided that these restrictions and covenants shall not be released, amended in whole or in part for five years from date of filing of covenants contai~ed herein; these covenants are to run with the land and shall be bindi:ng on all parties and all persons claiming ~ thereunder for a period of five years from date these ; covenhnts are recorded after which time said covenants shall be automa;~ftcally extended for successive periods of CNARLES E.
