THIS EASEMENT made and entered into this ~i /~~day of
February, 1967, by and between H& A RENTALS, INC., a Florida
corporation, as Grantor and the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, as
Grantee•;
WITNESSETH:
That H& A RENTALS, INC., for and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant to the
CITY OF FORT YIE RCE, a Municipal corporation, its successors and
assigns, the perpetual right, privilege and easement to use that
certain parcel of land hereinafter more particularty described for
the purpose of installing and maintaining its utilifiies, including
but not limited to water lines and meters pertaining thereto. Said
parcel of land is situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and is more
particularly described as follows:
The East 10 feet of the South 20 feet
of Lot 4 and the South 10 feet of Lot ,
4, Block "B", SUZANNE PARK SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book _
8, at page 13 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
This Easement is granted upon the express condition that (1) the
Grantor will not allow any condition to be created which will
interfere with the Grantee's ~se of the above described property
for the above stated purposes, and (2) the Grantor, its heirs,
successors or assigns shaL1 pay and be responsible for the install-
ation and maintenance of ail said utilities installed or to be within
the area of easement. •
The foregoing covenants shall be and constitute covenants -
running with the land.
This Easement is and shal! be binding upon the heirs, successors
and/ar assigns of the Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has hereunto set its hand and
seal the day and year first above written. ;
