EA SEME NT
THIS EASEMENT made and entered into this _~1~day of
February, 1967, by and between EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE,
his wife, as Grantors and THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, as
Grantee,
YdITNESSETH :

Tha t EDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife, for and
in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is he reby acknowledged
do hereby grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a Municipal corporation,
its successors and assigns, the perpetual riglit, privilege and
easement to use that certain parcel of land hereinafter more
particularly described for the purpose of installing and maintain-
ing its utilities, including but not limited to water Zines and 3
meters pertaining thereto. Said parcel of land is situatP in St,
Lucie County, Florida and is more particularly described as follows:

Lots 2 and 3, Block "A" of SUZANNE PA RK,
as per plat thereof on file in Ylat Book

to supersede and correct that easement
dated the 12th day of Janua ry, 1967,
as recorde~in O. R. Book 164 , at

This Easement is granted upon the express condition that (1) the

Grantors will not allow any condition to be created which will '
t interfere with the Grantee's use of the above described prope rty
~ for the above stated purposes, and (2) the Grantors, their heirs,
~ successors or assigns shall pay and be responsible for the install-
~ ation and maintenance of all said utilities installed or to be within
~ the area of easement. ~ j
~ The foregoing covenants shall be and constitnte covenants

running with the land. 's
