AGR~:EMENT made this ?th day of March, ~~E~K q1l~60~r bi1UR~ be-
tween VINCENT S. TODARO, party of the first part and W. ROBERT BRYANT,
Trustee, party of the second part.
The party of the first part hereby agrees to extend the time of
payment of the unpaid principal balance in the amount of $14,120.00
from the parties of the second part to the party of the _`irst part tu
the 30th day of March, 1972, being the sum secured by a promissory note
and a mortgage in its original amount of $14,120.00, said mortgage being
recorded in O. R. Book 480, at page 728, of the public records of Bre-
vard County, Flvrida; that the rate of interest on the ~ncipal shall
be at the rate of eight percent C8°Jb) per annum from the 30th day of
March, 1967, and shall be paid semi-annually; that the party of the
second part will pay the entire principal due under said note secured
by said mortgage on or before the 30th day of March, 1972; that this
Agreement is an additional five year moratorium on the principal pay-
ment with the interest being increased from six percent (6%) per annum
to eight percent (8°Io) per annum commencing on the 30th day of March, ~
1967; that said note and the mortgage, and the terms and conditions
and provisions thereof shall in all respects, except as herein modi-
fied, remain as security for the payment of said principal sum and in-
terest with like effect as to default in payment of interest and other
def aults as in said note and mortgage provided.
