SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE

IaJOW ALL MSM BY TI~SE PRESENTS: T'hat I, J. M. SAMPLE, successor
trustee to C. M. ANDERSON, who was successor trustee to the FORT
PIERCE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a Florida Corporation, and the trustee
and holder of a certain trust mortgage executed by the SUNRISE FRUIT
COMPANY, a Florida Corporation to FLORID~A BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,
a Florida Corporation as trustee, bearing date the first day of March,
1926, recorded in Mortgage Book 31, Page 62, in Office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
seventy-five bonds,serially numbered from one to seventy-five, in-
clusive, in denominations of One T'housand Dollars ($1,000) each,
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said trust mortgage
~upon property situate in said State and County, and described as
follows, *o-wit:
1. Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 5 of M.A.
Tyler's re-subdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3 and East half of Lot 4
of Block J, of Fort Pierce, Florida, according to plat filed -
July 23rd, 1904, and recorded on page 116 of Plat Book 1, of the
records of Brevard County, Florida, run thence Northerly along
Western line of Pine Street 4S.4 feet to a hole dril].~ed in side-
walk, thence turning Westerly at an inside angle of 86 degrees
and 10 minutes, run 147.03 feet to an iron pipe on the South
line of said Lot 5, thence run East along South line of said
Lot 5, 151.3 feet to point of beginning. This being the same ~
; tract of land conv~re~ by Lillie Holliman to Austin B. Critchley
~ by deed dated September lOth, 1920, and recorded on page 50 of ~
deed book 44, Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. All of Lot One (1) of P. P. Cobb's addition to Fort
Pierce, Florida, as recorded on page 9 of Plat Book 1, St. Lucie
County Records, said addition comprising the West part of Lat One
(1) of Tyler's subdivision of Lot Four (4), Section 10, Town-
ship 35 S, R. 49 East.
3. All that part of Lots 2, 3 and 4 of P.P. Cobb's Addi-
tion to Fort Pierce, Florida, according to plat recorded on ;
page 9 of Plat Book l, Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
which lies North of a line drawn at right angles to the West ~
boundary of Pine Street and which line commences on the West '
boundary of Pine Street at a point five feet Northerly from the ~
Southeast corner of said Lot 2 of said P. P. Cobb's Addition,
and which line runs West 143.20 feet, more or less to the West
line of said Lot 4 of said P. P. Cobb's Addition, at a point on ;
said West line,which is 15.94 feet North of the Southwest corner
of said Lot 4 measured along the West boundary thereof. i
4. And a right of way for a private road or alley over
that part of the West fourteen (14) feet of said Lot 4 of said i
P. P. Cobb's Addition which lies South of the South line of the
land described in Paraqraph 3 above; said alley to be for the
exclusive mutual use and benefit of the owne~s ~ir the time being
