Statutes, in Official Record B~ok 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.~

end the masculf.ne shall include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, admi.r~istratora,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
