Personal property listed in inventory;
, Whereas, we, the undersigned, desire to awn said property
and properly manage same, and to avoid delay, expense, incamienience ~
if all of us were to~receive payments of income on this property, as
well as to receive bills of indebtedness accrued against this
proper"ty, and to insure payment of the proper debts of this property,
Now, therefore, we the undersigned, hereby agree that the

title to said property shall be vested in the said Temple J. flowell
as Trustee, who shall hold the same in trust and sell or lease said
land in such tract or tracts, either for cash or credit, and upon
such tenns as directed and approved in writing by the decision of
the ma3ority of the financial-interest of the beneficiaries as later
- described, and execute deeds, leases and releases thereto, giving to
