said trustee full power and authority to do and perform any and
every act whatsoever requisite to all intents and purpose$ as we
might do if personallq present, provided, hawever, that said trustee
shall not incur any debts against said property without the cansent
`of the ma3ority of the financial interest of the beneficiaries as
later described. After paying all expenses in cannection therewith
and paying for and discharging indebtednesses of every? kind and
character that may be placed against said property, the trustee shall
account to us for our respective interest thereon in the follvwing
proportions:

It is further expressly agreed that the trustee shall collect
and receive all rents and receipts and profits on the sub~ect real
property and shaZl hold same in a recognized, licensed bank in St.
Lucie County, Florida, in a Special Accaunt set up for this specific
purpose and named "Temple J. Howell as Trustee, Special Accovnt" and
that out of said funds shall be first paid all costs and expenses of
_ the maintenance of the subject property, including real property taxes,
insurance and maintenance costs, and fram the remaining proceeds the
annual
trustee shall, after submitting an/accounting of all receipts and dis- ;

bursements, submit ~ disbursement to esch and every one of the ~
beneficiaries above setforth in their proportionate share of awnerahip i

interest, retaining a reasonable amount in the aforesaid Trust Account ~
on deposit, for maintenance snd emergency purposes for the protection
and benefit of the above described sub3ect property.
It is further agreed that the beneficiaries of the trust
created herein shall not sell their interest to anyane other than the
present beneficiaries without first offering said interest to them
for the same amount received in a bonafide offer frvm a disinterested E
