accept or re3 ect, and if accepted, to pay in full within thirty days
fran date of the offer of sale.
. It is further agreed that the death of the parties hereto
shall not revoke this trust but the trustee named or her successor
ahall in such event account to the heirs, executor~or administrator
or assigns of such deceased party in like manner as she is r~quired
to account to the surviving parties.
It is further agreed,that the trustee shall not be gersonally_
liable for any error of judgment or for any loss arising out of any
act or actions in the execution of this trust so lang as she acts in
good faith, and that said trustee is hereby recognized as having a
beneficial interest in said property and she is hereby authorized to
awn said interest and dispose of her intereat in this tr~st to the
same extent as if she were not trustee.
It is hereby expresslq declared that a trust and not a
partnership is hereby created and that neither the trustee, nor a
beneficiary thereunder, shall ever be persanallq liable hereunder
that
as partners or otherwise, but/for all debta the trustee shall be
liable as"such ~ to the extent of the trust fund only.
