Together with all buildings, improvements, ~iatures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
pl9 heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, po~rer,.refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter thsrein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lesaees ia customary or appropriate, including
screans, window shades, storm doors and Windowa, floor cover-

~ heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
