after assigned to PIONEER FINANCE COMPANY; together with the indebtedness and
evidences of indebtedness thereby secured, the property and property rights
therein described and thereby conveyed, and all of the rights,'powers, privi-
leges, and prerogatives thereby created and conferred, all WITHOUT RECOURSE
to the undersigned. .
IN WITNESS W~RSOF, the said PIONEER FINANCE COMPANY, acting by and
through its thereunto duly authorized afficers, has caused this instrument to
be executed and its corporate seal hereunto to be affixed, all upon the 28th
day of February, 1967.
