5. To perform,comply with, and abide by each and every the etipulationa,;
agreements, caaditiona and covenants in said promissory note, aad in~this deed

6. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not praoptly and
fully paid Wi~hin thirty (30) days next after the same severally become_dus
and payable, or if each aod every the atipulations,~agreements, caaditivns
and covenants of said promissory note and this deed, or either are not fully _
performed, complied With and abided by, the said aggregate suio mentioned in
said promiseory note shall become due and payable forthvith or thereaftes at
the option of the Kortgagee, its auccessors, leg~al representatives or assigna,
as fully and caopletely aa if~the eaid aggregate sum Were origiaally etipulated
to be paid on auch day, anything in esid promisaory note or herein to the ,
caatrary notwithetanding.
7. If thi~ mertgage is eacecuted by only one peraon, then all plural nouns,
• pronouas and verbs herein relating-tzr-~ore than one Mortgagoic shall be construed
as singular nouas and pronams of the appropriate gender aad singular verb, it _
being the intent and purpose hereof that this mortgage shall con~orm to the _
circumstancea as fully as if each change from plural to aingular of appropriate
geader Was set forth in r+~citing herein. If tUia mortgage is executed by more
than one persoa,.then the preceding sentence of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be construed as surplusage and as being atricken.
8. T'his mortgage, including the execution and acknawledgment thereof,
shall be conatrued uader the laws of the State of Florida. -
