corporation; that on the 17th day of June, 1966, the Warranty Deed
for this property transaction was recorded in Official Record Book
148, at page 353, deeding the following described property~:

Furt Pierce, Florida,.accordit~g to a plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 5, at page 24, of the Public Records ~f St.
Lu~ie County, Florida. ~

From the intersection of the line dividing Lots 27 and 28 and
the Westerly ri.ght-of-way boundary of Sunrise Boulevard, run
Northwesterly along said line dividing said Lots 27 and 28

the same line aforesaid dividi.ng Lots 27 and 28,-a distsnce
of 22 feet, thence turn and run Northeasterly 9.0 feet to the
