- from the Abstract of Title covering the property beir~g conveyed,
and that the error in said abefiract was carried over to said
- Warranty Deed; that Affiant knows of his own knowledge that
WAL,IACE L. SHfARR ~TT and ALEXCEINA SH~IRRETT, his wife, intended
to deed all of the property ~wned bq them in PINEW~OD SUBDIVISION
