THIS AQRSBMFNT, made this.. ~'~day of December, 1966, be-
tween BANDL$MAN EIJTSRPRIS$S~ INC., a Delaware corporation, herein-
after called the Optionor, and ST. LUCI$ CO~ITY, a political subdi-
vision of the State of Florida, hereinafter cailed the Optionee,~
witnessethx
In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00),and other valuable con-
sideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said Optionor
hereby agrees to sell to said Optionee or itss assigns at any time on
or before the 3~t day of Decembsr , 1967, the following de-
scribed real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: ~
That part of the North 205 feet of the South
416.4 feet of Government Lot 5 of Section l, ,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying East .
of State Road A-1-A
for the sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars ($5,670.00~
to be paid in cash at the time of closing.
If said option is exercised within said period, the Optionor
agr~es to furnish said Optionee an abatract of title showing its
title to be good and marketable and to execute and deliver to the
Optionee or its assigns a good and sufficient warranty deed convey-
ing said property free and clear of all taxes, liens or encumbrances.
Said deed shall contain a proviaion that said lands shall be used~
for public purposes only and if they are not, the title thereto shall
revert to the Optionor upon its refunding the purchase pri~e above
st~ted.
