tween SHAI~IItOCK VILI.~?GS OF FORT PIERCB, INC: , an illinois corporation, .
hereinafter called the Optionor, and ST. LiJCI$ COUNTY, a political sub-
division of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Optionee,
witnesseth:
In consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
sideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledqed, said Optionor
herel~y agrees to sell to said Optionee or its assigns at any time on
or ~ before the 3~t day of I3ecembe~r , 19b7, the following
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: '
Begin at the Southeast corner of Government Lot 4 of
S~tion l, Township 35 South, Range 40 Bast, thence
run North 100 feet, thence SouthwesE~riy to the North-
west corner of Government Lot 5 of said Section, thef~~e
East to the P.O.B., EXCBPTING that part West of State
Road A-1-A.
AND .
That part of Government Lot-5 of Section 1, Township
35 South, Range.-40 $ast lying East of State Road A-1-A
less the South 416.4 feet thereof
for the sum of Twent~ Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Eight I~33a~s
($24,188_.00) to be paid in cash at the time of closing.

4 If said option is exercised within said period, the Optionor
agrees to furnish said Optionee an abstract of title showing its title
to be good and marketable and to execute and deliver to the Optionee
or its assic~ns a-good and sufficient warranty deed conveying said
property free and clear of all taxes,~liens or encumbrances. Said deed
shall contain a provision that said lands shall be used for public pur- ~

poses only and if they are not, the title thereto shall revert to the
Opta~nor upon its refunding_the purchase price above stated~.
IM WITNESS WSSREOF said Optionor has caused this option to be

first above written.
