AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORID~1 . -
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ~ -
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared GEORGE
B~ WALTERS, who, upon first being duly sworn did depose and say that he
was Secretary and General Manager of the affairs of G. B. Waltera Pro-
perties, Inc. , from the time of its incorporation under the laws of the State
of Florida to and including the date hereof.
And affiant further says the quit claim deed executed by the said G. B.
Walters Propertiea, Inc. , to W. A. Palmer under date of March 30, 1966, ~
and thereafter subsequently recorded in Official Record Book 147, page 526
was an outright conveyance of the fee simple title to the lands therein described
with the full consideration therefor being the satisfaction of two certain mort-

F gages executed by said corporation to W. A. Palmer and Louise Palmer, his _

wife, which mortgages were recorded in Mortgage $ook 162 at pages 413 and
~1? respectively and the satisfactions being recorded in Official Record Book
164 at pagea 845 and 846, respectively; that upon the consummation of said
transaction, this affiant received from the said W. A. Palmer the cancelled
promissory notes of said corporation in the amounts of ~138, 000. 00 and
; ~108, 000.00 which cancelled debts constituted a fair consideration for the
~
conveyance of the fee simple title by the quit claim deed hereinabove mentioned.
