TO HAVS AND TO HOLD, .the abov~ granted, bargained and de8-•
cribed premises, ~ith the appurtenancea, unto the said party of
the second part, their heire and assigns, to their own proper use,
benefit and behoof forever.
And the said party of the first part, for itself and for its
successore and assigns, does covenent, promise and agree to and
with the said partiea of the second part, their heire::~and assigns,
that the said first part, at the time of the enaealing and de-
livery of these presenta, is lawfully seized of and in all and
singular ~he above granted, bargained and de8cribed premises, wit
the appurtenancea, and has good right, full power and law,~ul'
suthority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in manner
- and form aforesaid. And the said partiea of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably and quiet`Ly have, hold, use, occupq, posaess and en3oy
the above gr~ted premises and every part and parcel thereof, wit ~
the appurtenances, without any let, suit, tr~uble, molestation,
eviction or disturbance of the said party of the first part, its
. successurs or assigns, or if any other person o~ pe~sons lawfully

And the said partq of the first part, far itself and for its ~
succeseors and assigns,~the above deacribed and hereby granted
and released premises, and every part and parcel thereof, with the
appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and asaigns, against-the said party of the first part, its
successors and assigns, and against all and every person or per-
sons ~homsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, by,
through and under the grantor herein, shall and will warrant and
by tt~ese _preaents forever defend, but against none other.
