WITNBSSETH:
That the Gra~tors, for and in consideration of the sum

paid, receipt of which is herebp acknowledged do hereby grant

successors and assigns, the perpetual right, privilege and
~ easemeat to use that certain parcel of iand herein-after more -
particularly described for the purpose of in~stalling and
maintaining its utilities, inciuding but not limited to water,
s~rez and gas lines and meters pertaining thereto. Said parcel •
of land is situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and is more
particularly described as follows:
The South 13 feet of the West 90 feet ~
of Lot 12, Biock 3, Highland Park Sub-
division.
This Easement is granted upon the express condition that
C1) the Grantors will not aliow any condition to be created
which will interfere with the Grantee's use of th~ above des-
cribed property f.or the above stated purposes, and C2) the
Grantors, their heirs, ~uccessors or assigns shall pay and be •
responsible for the installation and maintenance of any and ail
said utilities installed or to be ~ithin the area of easement.
The foregoing co~veaants shall be and constitute covenants

running with the land.
This Easement is and shall be binding upon the heirs, ~
successors and/or assigns of the Grant~rs. _
