of taxes and assessments oa said real estate, insuraace premiums and delinquea-
cies of principal and interest thereuader.
_ It is eaQressly covenaated and agreed by the undersigned parties
of the first part, assignors, that at the time of the execution and delivery of
this Assignment, there has been no anticipation or prepayment of any rents by
any of the tenants occupying the above de8cribed prnperty or by any of the les-
sees in any of the above described leases.
It is further covenanted and agreed that the parties of the first
part, Assigaors, aad their heirs, administrators or assigns, shall have no right,
po~er or suthority to alter, modify or amend the terms, or aay of them, of anp of ~
the leases above described, in any particular Wbatsoever, Without first obtaining
the consent, in writing, of D. R. MEAD ~ OOM~ANY, a Florida corporation, to such
alteration, modification or aomendment.
Nothing herein cantained shall be constxued as making D. 8. I~3AD
~(~O1~ANY, a Florida corporation, or its successors and assigas~ a mortgagee ia
possession, nor shall said C ampa~, or its successors and assigns, be liable for
laches or failure to collect said rents, issues, profits, rev~enues, royalties,
rights and benefits, and it is understood that said Compa~ny is to account only
for such simos as are actually collected.
; IT IS UNDBRSTOOD ANb AGRE$D that neither the existence of this

E Assig~ent, nor the exercise of its privilege to collect said rents, issues,
~ profits, revenues, royalties, rights aad benefits hereunder, shall be construed
as a waiver by the party of the second part, or its successors and assigas, of
the right to enforce paymeat of the debt hereinabove mentioned, in strict accord-
ance with the teYma and provisions of the mortgage and note for which this As-
signment is given as additional security.
IN WITNESS GiBBR$OF, the parties of the first part have hereunto
