THLS EASEMENT granted this / 7 day of March, 1867, by LARRY L.
McIVER and VANGE S. McIVER, hia wife, Grarrtors, to EDWARD SCHARF-
SCHWERDT, SR. and LAVII~iIA SCHARFSCHWERDT, his wife, of Post Office
Box 1121, Fo~t Pierce, Florida, Grantees,
WITNESSETH:
In consideration of the sum of Ten aad 00/100 Doliars (~10. 00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged,
Grautors do hereby grant unto Grantees a perpetual right-of-way and easemerrt -
for ingress and egress to them and their tenants, servants, visitors and licensees
over and across the following described parcel of land situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
North 30 feet of the NE! of the SE! of the NE1 of
Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East
_ SAID ~ASEMENT TO BE UPON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. Said easemeirt and right-of-way shall be deemed appurtenaat to land
presently owned by Grarrtees Zying west of the above described land and said -
easement and right-of-way shall descend only to Grantees'successors i.n title. .
2. Said easement and right-of-way shall be non-exeluaive and may be ~

f used by Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigas.
3. Grantors are under no obligation to unprove, maintain or construct
3 a roadway upon the above described easement nor to keep the same ia repair,
