Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appear-
ed Fred S. Lollis, who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
Vice President and Agent for the Lienor herein, Star Construction
Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc., whose address is Route 3, Box 620,
Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with
Trio Construction Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc., Lienor furnished
labor, equipment and.materials for the installation of curbs
lime rock and .
and curbs and gutters, construction of/~oil ceiaent base roads,
parking areas, construction of sanitary sewers with manholes,
storm sewers, water lines and clearinq of rights-~of~way in
Block A of Westwind, Unit One, as per plat thereof on file in _
Plat Book 13~ at Page 30 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, whereby Lienor claims a lien upon Block A of
Westwind - IInit One, as per plat thereof on~file in Plat Book
13, at Page 30 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
