Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,

rights and obligat ions under this mortgage ahall extend~to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administratora,
successors and assigns af the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
