fN ADDITION TO IHE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS
COYENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) 7he MORTGAGORSherein shall make within 7 days of the due date, the payments called
for in the lSt mortgage now erxumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at
their office or some other plaoe as designated by the MORTGAGEE t~erein.
(2) The MORTGACOR Sherein shall pay within 30 days of fhe due date att pertinent charges for fire and
windstorm insuronce, att ad valorem city and/or county taxes, any special improvement aasessments and any
other special governmentat assessments or charges.
(3) !f the MORTGAGOR sherein da not make the payments on ihe 1Bt mo~tgage , tfie fire and
windstorm insuronce premiums and governmental taxes or specisl assesaments as they come due, as well as
the payments called for in this mohgage deed, then the MORTGAGEE herein can af ft~ j. r
option make these payments, adding said payments made to the balanae due hereunder. if any one or all of
the aforesaid payments ~eFhain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can at ite
option, without further notice declare tfie batante due ur,der ihis mortgage due and payable in full at once
and forthwith plaae the matter-in~the. hands of an attorney for collection or enforcement. In this ev~nt alt ~

(4) The MORTGAGOR 8herein shall not further encumber this property except by obtaining WRITTEN per-
mission of the MORTGAGEE herein and any attempt to do so without this written permiasion wilt be null
and void.

now encumbe~ing this ~ property at any time deemed dettrabls by the MORTGAGEE herein. The pra
