ZH IS EASEMENT made and entered into thi s 17t~h _ day
of March, 1967, by and between STARRETT BUILDING COMPANY, a
corporation, as Grantor a~ ST. LI~IB OOUNTY, as Grantee.
- WITNBSSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the ~um of
One (~1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration to it in
band paid by the Grantee, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the Grantor has granted, bargained and soid, and by these
presents does grant, bargain and convey unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetuAl easement and right-of-way ~
over, upon and across those lands situate in St. Lucie Countq,
Florida; as described and set forth on the "Schedeele of
k -
Description", atta~hed bereto and therebq made a part hereof .
This easement is made and given unto the Grantee, its
successors.and assigns for t~e purpose of a perpefiual easement
and right-of-waq in, on, upon and over said Zands for public
road purposes and.for drains and drainage ditches and utility
purposes, providing however, the~Grantee shall not now or ever
be responsible in anq manner or waq for the instaZlation, now
or in the future, of said facilities or for the maintenance
thereof.
The Grantor hereby warrants the tit le to said easement and
_ wiii defend the sa~~ against the lawful ciaims of all persons
whomsoever, ciaiming by, through or under tbe Grantor.
~ This easement is and shall be binding upon tbe heirs,
successors and or assigns of the parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHERFAP the Grantor has hereunto'set its hand and
seai by corporate officers duly empowered on the day and year ~
