KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Church '
af the Nazareae, Fort Pierce, Florida, Inc. , being in actual
p~ysical posaession of real property awned in fee aimple by the
District Advisory Board of the Florida District Court of the
Nazarene, a Florida corporation, which property is situate in
St. Lucie Couniy, Florida, and is particularly described as
follow s:
The West 350 feet of Lat 5? of MARAVILLA
GARDENS, UNIT ONE, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 6, at page 55, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gourrty, Florida ;
at the requeat of said qwner and in consideration of the benefits
to be received by the undersigned by reasoai of the hereinafter
descxibed inortgage and the loans secured thereby, do hereby
s~ordinate all the right, title and interest of the under8igned
~ corporati~ in and to the above described real propertSr to the
lien and operation of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby executed by the 8aid District Advisory Boaru
of the F'lorida District Church of the Nazarene, a F'lorida corpora-
tion, to First Federal Savings and Loan ~so~iation of Fort Picrce,
under date of February 4, 1967, recorded in O. 8. Book 164,
page 2300, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, secur -
ing the aum of Twelve Thousand Dollars (~12, 000. 0~) and encum- t
