2. That L. P. SCHARPSCHWERD?r uamed-as grantee in that certain
Wa~ranty Deed from FLFsM C. DAI~, et ux to L. F. SCHARFSCI~IERD?r and
EDWARD SCHARFSCHWERD?r, dated July 1, 1944, and filed July 1~, 1944, in
Deed Book ill, at page 515, of the public records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, is the same person as LOUIS F. SCHARPSCI~YVERDT who resided in.
Okeechobee County, and departed thfs life on January 22, 1949, in ~
Millegeville, Georgia.
3. That L. F. SCHARFSCHWERD?r, also known as LOUIS F. SCHARFSCHWERDT,
was never married during his lifetime and was not survived by any children.

- MARY SC~IARFSGHWBRD?r and BD'WARD SCHARFSCHWSRD?r, SR. Further, that the
foilowing beirs-at-law were all single women at the time ~f the execution
and delivery of that certaia Quit-Claim Deed dated March 13, 1952, and
