who being first~ duly aworn, deposes aqd says:
That she prepared that certain Warranty Deed, dated December
16th, 1966, between Carl W. D~ougla~ and Wanena Douglas, his wife,
and Richard E, Stringer and Patricia A. Stringer, ` his wife, on property
described ae:
Zhe East 65 feet of the West 735 feet of Lot 38 of
Maravilla Gardena, Unit #1, a Subdiviaion according
to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, page 55, of
~ the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
That, through a scrivener's error, the name of one of the
grantees was recited as: "Richard E. Stringer, " and which name should
be stated as "'Richard A. Stringer". ~ -
